Procedure: Keloid Excision and Reconstruction

This 36-year-old patient has a history of recurrent keloids and was ready to address a keloid behind her left ear. She underwent excision of the left postauricular keloid with closure using adjacent tissue rearrangement, followed by injection with steroid and 5-fluorouracil to help prevent recurrence.
