Procedure: Mastopexy Augmentation

This beautiful, 51-year-old woman (5'7, 130lbs) wanted fuller, more lifted breasts. She had done a lot of research and was interested in subfascial (above the muscle) implants. She underwent subfascial mastopexy augmentation (over the muscle breast augmentation + lift) with Motiva Ergonomix moderate profile 340cc implants. She is shown here 3 months after surgery.
