Procedure: Breast Mastopexy

This 37-year-old patient had some fluctuations in her weight, including losing pregnany weight, and wanted a "tasteful and perky" breast. After several conversations about her goals, we elected to NOT do implants and to do a lift alone while trying to preserve as much volume as possible. She underwent mastopexy (breast lift) with SAFELipsuction of the anterior axilla. Shown here 3 months after surgery. Details: height 5'3, weight 139 pounds.
