Procedure: Mastopexy augmentation

This patient in her mid-40s had a breast reduction over 20 years ago. Her weight fluctuated; she lost 30 pounds in the last several years, and she did not like the deflated appearance of her breasts. She underwent revision breast lift (mastopexy) and placement of submuscular implants (Natrelle SoftTouch moderate profile 375cc implants). She is 5'3, 138 pounds.
