Procedure: Mastopexy Exchange

This 67-year-old patient had subpectoral implants placed over 20 years ago. She presented to me with bilateral implant rupture, and underwent implant exchange with pocket revision and mastopexy. She has Natrelle full profile 265cc implants. Shown 3 months post-surgery.
