Case #BR-026
Procedure: Mastopexy Augmentation
This patient came to me 16 years after her initial breast augmentation at 23-years-old. She wasn’t sure she still wanted implants. To help determine what was right for her, we removed her implants (what you're seeing in the 'before' photos) and allowed her breast tissue to retract for a period of 6 weeks. She ultimately decided small implants were the right choice for her to help fill out the upper pole and round out her breasts. I performed placement of submuscular implants, bilateral pocket revision with Galaflex, and bilateral mastopexy (breast lift).
Patient height: 5’4, weight: 139 pounds
Implant: Natrelle low-plus profile 250cc
Shown 3 months post-op
