Procedure: Mastopexy exchange

51yo patient had 2 prior breast surgeries, most recently implant downsize (with crescenteric mastopexy) in 2020 by another surgeon. She was unhappy with shape and position of breasts.

Patient details: Height 5'8, Weight 144

Surgery: bilateral implant exchange (right SSM 445cc, left SSM 405), pocket revision, bilateral mastopexy (breast lift), SAFELiposuction of lateral chest and anterior axilla. Shown here 9 months post-op.
