Procedure: Mastopexy augmentation

This patient wanted to do something meaningful for herself as she approached her 50th birthday—she hoped to achieve a breast shape that better reflected how she felt on the inside. Her case was unique in that she was "borderline" between needing just an augmentation or a combination of augmentation + lift. After discussing her goals and reviewing her 3D imaging together, we decided on a mastopexy augmentation using my short-scar technique, which minimizes incision length while still delivering beautiful, natural results.
