Procedure: Thigh Lift

This patient in her late 30s lost 180 pounds (!!) with bariatric surgery and a GLP-1 medication. She was incredibly self-conscious about the loose skin in her thighs, and correction of this was her first surgical priority. She underwent extended vertical medial thigh lift. Shown here 3.5 months after thigh lift. Scars will continue to fade with time.
