Procedure: Mastopexy & Extended Abdominoplasty with SAFELiposuction

After losing 70 pounds with a GLP-1 medication, this 67 year old patient was ready to feel good in her body again. She did not want implants but wanted to address changes from her weight loss. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) and extended abdominoplasty with SAFELiposuction. This combination of breast and body surgery is often called a mommy makeover. The extended tummy tuck approach also created significant improvement to her lateral thighs, as shown in the photos. Results shown here at 5 months post-surgery.
